However, 2024 also marked a strategic phase in AMBC’s evolution. In response to new economic realities, market transformations, and the growing needs of businesses, AMBC decided to expand its scope of services. Beyond economic studies and strategic consulting, the organization progressively developed training, coaching, and mentorship services, placing its expertise directly at the service of human and organizational development.

AMBC officially launched its subsidiary, AMBC Global Market Expansion, a Tunisian company specialized in export development and international business expansion support. Located near the CEPEX offices in Sousse, this new entity reflects AMBC’s commitment to strengthening its proximity to national economic institutions and enhancing collaboration with key players within Tunisia’s export ecosystem.

Through AMBC Global Market Expansion, the group clearly affirmed its ambition to support Tunisian companies in their international expansion by providing strategic solutions focused on business development, market expansion, and international competitiveness.

During the same year, AMBC also officially announced the launch of its audit and statutory audit services through its specialized entity, AMBC Audit & Tax Advisory. This new milestone represented a major strategic evolution in the development of the group, further reinforcing its institutional dimension and its ability to provide integrated multidisciplinary solutions aligned with the growing needs of modern organizations in governance, compliance, audit, taxation, and financial performance.
