In 2000, he founded Trade Partners International, a consulting firm dedicated to supporting organizations in their expansion across African markets. Since then, he has advised hundreds of companies, public institutions, investment agencies, and chambers of commerce on market entry, international development, and cross-border partnerships. Renowned for his deep understanding of African economic ecosystems, he has led assignments in more than fifteen African countries, including Côte d’Ivoire, Benin, Ethiopia, and Senegal, collaborating with leading international organizations such as the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), the French Development Agency (AFD), the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), and the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office.

Beyond consulting, Ridha Mahjoub is a recognized voice in economic affairs and African business development. For seven years, he produced and hosted a weekly radio program on Express FM dedicated to business opportunities in Africa. Through insightful analysis, engaging discussions, and a strong commitment to promoting African entrepreneurship, the program became a leading platform for business leaders, investors, and policymakers interested in the continent’s growth story.

A sought-after moderator and speaker, he has successfully chaired major international business forums, including the FITA 2022, FITA 2024, and FITA 2025, bringing together ministers, executives, investors, and institutional leaders around a shared vision of a more integrated, competitive, and connected Africa. He has also led the “Les Jeudis de l’Afrique” discussions at South Mediterranean University, fostering dialogue between the public and private sectors on economic diplomacy and regional cooperation.
