Mr. Malek Azouzi is the Founder and Group Chief Executive Officer of AMBC Group, where he sets the Group’s strategic direction and leads its growth across strategy, advisory, investment and transformation.

Coming from an entrepreneurial environment spanning construction, trade, mining and services, he developed an early understanding of business, operations and value creation. This practical foundation, combined with academic training in accounting, finance and business management, shaped a multidisciplinary approach to strategic decision-making, corporate finance and organizational performance.

Over more than a decade of executive and consulting experience, Malek has worked with public and private organizations on corporate strategy, business transformation, investment development, market expansion, organizational performance and operational improvement. His approach combines analytical rigor, entrepreneurial thinking and disciplined execution to address complex business challenges and create measurable, sustainable value.

As Group CEO, he leads AMBC’s ambition to build a leading strategic management consulting platform serving Africa, the Mediterranean and international markets.
