Mr. Souheil is an Industrial Engineer specializing in Quality Management, Management Systems and Continuous Improvement. His expertise includes the development and optimization of management systems aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, as well as internal auditing, non-conformity management and corrective action implementation.

With experience across quality management, process improvement, business management and client relations, he supports organizations in identifying risks and process gaps, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, FMEA and PDCA.
